The lower level of the deck is designed so that the rail does not obstruct the views from the house or the upper level of the deck.

The lower level of the deck features a built in rap around seating area. This area features granite end tables, all season cushions, and outdoor pillows. There is plenty of space on the lower level of the deck for activities.
